The Board should uphold the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and maintain high social morality and professional ethics. A Secretariat, which is concurrently the Secretariat of Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation, is responsible for implementing the decisions made by the Board, the Review Committee, and the Compliance Oversight Team.
