The HK Prize is overseen by the Board, which is responsible for reviewing and interpreting The Charter; suggesting important scientific research fields; appointing members of Review Committee and Compliance Oversight Team; and setting requirements of nominating experts. It is the highest decision-making body of The PRIZE, and its decisions regarding THE PRIZE are final.
